About

I graduated from the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL with a Merit in MArch Architecture in 2020 having achieved a First Class Honours BA Architecture from Liverpool John Moores University.

I gained my professional Part 1 experience at Purcell UK, a large UK practice where I worked across all RIBA stages. I have experience of planning and listed building applications, successful competition bids, early concept design, technical and detailed design drawing, 3D modelling (digital and physical) and tender packages/submission through to construction and on site completion. I have advanced experience in Indesign, Illustrator, Lightroom and Photoshop as well as Rhino, V-Ray and Autocad Architecture. I also have experience of model making, using a variety of materials and processes including laser cutting technical models as well as conceptual models.

My experience of conservation has taught me the value of renovation and reuse, bringing new life into existing buildings whilst conserving their heritage. I also have a passion for new design and believe strongly that when combined, a thoughtful and responsive architecture is created. I believe in detailed design that responds to brief, site and context, a distillation of research and understanding that delivers meaningful architecture that is responsive to contemporary requirements. I undertake in-depth research in order to gain an understanding of what purpose the architecture serves, ensuring that the architecture is informed by its function and not a style.”
